About the Voucher Exporter

MikroISP Voucher Exporter turns the voucher list your hotspot system already produces into tidy, print-ready PDF sheets - without spreadsheets, mail-merge, or design work.

Who it is for

Internet service providers, hotspot operators and voucher resellers who generate batches of access codes and need to hand them to customers on paper. If you currently print vouchers one at a time from a thermal printer, or paste codes into a word processor, this replaces that step.

How it works

The portal reuses the voucher rendering engine from the MikroISP system: each of the 120 designs is a small self-contained template with its own HTML, stylesheet and render script (browse all the designs). Your spreadsheet supplies the code, duration and price for each voucher; your branding profile supplies the business name, logo, contact line and footer message.

Pages are composed and rendered inside your own browser, then written into a PDF. That means what you see in the preview is precisely what prints, and the finished document never has to travel over the network. The four steps are on the home page, and the FAQ covers file formats, column names and page layouts.

Your data

What we store

  • Your account details: name, email address and - unless you use Google sign-in - a hashed password.
  • Your branding profile and any logo you upload.
  • The spreadsheet you upload, so you can come back to it without uploading again.
  • A record of each export: how many vouchers, which design, and when.

What we do not store

  • The generated PDF. It is built in your browser and saved directly to your device.
  • Card or mobile money details. Exports are free; a coffee, if you buy one, is paid on the main MikroISP system.

How long uploads are kept

Uploaded spreadsheets are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. You can also delete any upload yourself at any time from the History page.

Security

  • Passwords are stored only as modern one-way hashes, never in readable form.
  • Sign-in attempts are rate limited, and repeated failures lock the account temporarily.
  • Every action that changes data is protected against cross-site request forgery.
  • Sessions expire after a period of inactivity and are bound to the browser that created them.
  • Uploads are checked by content, not just by file extension, before anything is read.
